India's first flavored specialty coffees
India's first flavored specialty coffee for people who want craft quality without the ceremony.
Origin Story
We were funding a small deforestation project — 5,000 to 6,000 physical loyalty stamp cards cycling through every year. That pain birthed the B3 App. The flavored specialty coffee positioning came from finding an uncrowded lane in India's growing specialty market — not generic third-wave minimalism, but Indian-born specialty coffee with signature flavors like Pistachio Latte and Tiramisu Coffee.
What Makes It Different
- ◆Flavored specialty coffee — a niche no one else owns in India
- ◆Pistachio Latte and Tiramisu Coffee as signatures
- ◆Warm, real, Gurgaon-local feel — not sterile studio cafe
- ◆Digital loyalty via B3 App (replaced thousands of stamp cards)
Brand Voice
Warm, direct, slightly irreverent — sounds like a founder who knows their coffee and isn't trying to impress you.
Key Decisions
Menu Reduction
Cut options, made signatures impossible to miss. Sales on signatures went up.
Physical to Digital Loyalty
Stopped the deforestation project. Built the B3 App — loyalty + Brewing Academy, available on first visit.
How It Connects
The physical loyalty card pain directly spawned the B3 App. Bean Brew is the R&D lab where customer-facing software gets tested in the real world before productization.
